With build starting in 2008 by Redrow,  Farnborough Central is part of the Farnborough Business Park which is home to several large retailers and businesses. The residential Estate consists of a large square around which the building originally started with Buccaneer Court and now comprises of Beverley House, Vulcan Court, Lynx Court, Lincoln Court and Comet House.  The site is spread further to accommodate Wessex Court which was designed as offices and hence carries the rather grand style of a modern building. A central play area and a selection of roads comprising of extremely modern and good looking townhouses complete the site plan, alongside the A2Dominion owned blocks of Ashton House and Bell Court.
